I am 30 years old and was classified medically as 'morbidly obese'. This blog is about my journey to a healthier and fitter me, one who is happy in her own skin.
I'm now classified as 'obese' - I still have some way to go though...
Obviously looking at the photo from 2010 to now, I can see a difference. Looking at the other two outfits, it's easy to see which top suits me better :)
