Just trying to take one day at a time. Not really sure how to progress from here, but I do really appreciate your comment and support. xoShrinking Camillahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07406943489072515788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-908497636189470286.post-5804172891434282013-04-12T20:25:53.738+10:002013-04-12T20:25:53.738+10:00Hope you're feeling better day by day Camilla....Hope you're feeling better day by day Camilla. My sister at a very young age suffered depression (she's in her 20's now and knows the signs, but it's tough when you're a kid). She had severe migraines and ended up losing her voice for 5 months. In the end, after taking her to a Psych, they put it down to depression. Her body was shutting down. So I'm guessing this is very similar to what you're experiencing. I hope that you have loads of support around you. It's a tough gig! I suffer from anxiety, I try to remove myself from situations that cause it but sometimes it's unavoidable. That sinking feeling is awful. Much love and strength to you xHayleynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-908497636189470286.post-60951200930549136882013-03-08T09:01:42.640+10:002013-03-08T09:01:42.640+10:00Thanks for your comment Casey, yep I'm back to...Thanks for your comment Casey, yep I'm back to posting. Great to see you out and posting agai...Hey Camilla,
Great to see you out and posting again. I think it is such a brave post, I hope you feel better for getting it out.
I'm also a glass half full kinda girl who's going through a bit of a dark patch, its foreign territory and one i'm keen to move out of sooner raher than later.
I started chiro last year after putting my neck out really badly, i'm now at a point of monthly 'touch-ups' and feeling, great. As a fellow scoliosis sista its a really good maintenance system for my hips and neck.
The other thing thats helped me move forward and decreased the general body pain is yoga. It has helped me in so many ways but learning to breath and really feel whats happening in my body is doing my body & mind wonders. baby steps & love to you
Case.Caseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00082884247906568403noreply@blogger.com
